[Cloud frowns after Smoke; the other man saying 'Juliet' had reminded him of... something... a tickle of familiarity that eludes him when he chases it. He shakes his head slightly after a moment, and follows the other man. It's probably nothing.
He's a little surprised by the location of the restaurant--he's passed by this place almost daily, and never even thought it was anything more than an alleyway.
