[In the morning Gojyo will find a medium sized package sitting on his nightstand. When exactly did it manifest? Best not to think on that too hard...

But laying on top of the package is a short note:]

[Inside the package is a pack of cigarettes (Gojyo's brand of course) and a fluffy scarf.]

[ In front of Gojyo's home there is a nicely wrapped box just sitting there waiting to be opened. Attached to it is a little note. ]

To Gojyo:

This holiday seems to be for giving gifts to those you care deeply for, and you are one of the few people I feel I have grown attached to. I may be a pest to you, but you are irreplaceable to me. Please accept these gifts.

[ inside the box is a leather jacket that Shinou thought might look nice on Gojyo and a bunch of hair ties to pull his hair back. Inside the jacket was this fun little creature that seemed to glow and dance with positive emotions. ]

[He laughs that such a sincere message is followed by a massive gag gift, but it's also... really something he can't help but love. He doesn't have a gift immediately in mind, but then he decides that he has a good one that to anyone else might seem lame or copping out of buying a gift.]

I had some chores to tend to this morning but I wanted you to have your gift as soon as possible. [Clearly the answer was to sneak into his bedroom while he was still asleep and leave the gift.]

Do you think so? I've always thought my interests quite apparent. If not as much as yours and Sanzo's. [In his tone is a hint of teasing.]

[He pushes off of the side and walks over.]

Okay, so... laundry detergent, shirt starch, and non-bagged tea and coffee?

[It's a crack on how domestic Hakkai was and can be to this day.]

Wonderful. I am not certain if you were aware, but I was recently returned to my homeland for a time. 'Twas only a few days here on the island, but it was... much longer for me. I thought perhaps we could spend some time together - I have missed you.

A day or so, but I remember everything of my time here. [ She fails to mention that she forgot when she was back home. Too sad. ] I will meet you there shortly, Gojyo.

[Gojyo will be getting a red rose with a red ribbon wrapped around it. There is also a box of heart-shaped chocolates. The card reads:]

[ Upon Gojyo's doorstep is a very lovely wrapped gift bag with many many chocolates inside. The were shaped after Gojyo's weapon. Well not fully. There were shapes of the big parts of his weapon but nothing like chains or the rod. He even tried carving in a little bit of detail into the pieces. All and all they actually looked really good.

Unfortunately no one helped him make these, so while they may look amazing on the outside, if Gojyo takes a bite he will be rather disappointed and maybe a little sick. They were way too salty and just bad.

On the bag there was a note for him. ]

What day is today you may ask? Why today is the day humans celebrate love and appreciation, and I feel I have not told you enough how much I appreciate you. You bring me amusement when I am in need. You only smell like smoke half the time you are with me. And you let me stare into those lovely red eyes of yours. Ah yes, there is much to appreciate, as I am sure you love, adore, worship many things about me as well.

On top of that, you are a person I can truly call a friend. And though I may make advances, and you may not appreciate them, I feel my life here would not be as bright if you were not there.
